Hey, you! I am so glad you're here.

I'm Brooklyn (AKA Brooky C Photo). I am a self-taught lifestyle/documentation photographer, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Other than running around and being your favorite third-wheel, I indeed enjoy road trips while screaming 1989 Taylor Swift at the top of my lungs, pretending I'm a DIY queen, and finding treasures at my local thrift stores.

My story didn't start with "from a young age, I knew I wanted to pursue photography", my passion grew with practice. It started with pushing buttons and growing from silly mistakes. The thrill of putting myself out there, basically clueless, all while meeting new faces and connecting with familiar, really sparked an interest of fully submerging myself into the world of photography.

It's felt like a match made in heaven ever since.

The privileges of being able to consider myself a photographer- priceless. The power to capture your baby's first smile, to your grandparents last hug, and everything else in-between- incomparable.
